Customer or Community?
The weekend action has all been about Moveable Type and the new 3.0 developer release. After reviewing the reaction, my thinking is that Six Apart misjudged their user base. They thought that existing users were customers, while their existing users thought they were a community. The new licensing is all business and the community feels left out in the cold.
