Showdown in KC
This is the game that I’ve been anticipating/dreading since the brackets were announced – Stanford v Connecticut. Stanford is 28-2 for the year and #1 in the polls. But after facing relatively weak regular season competition, I just don’t know if Stanford is prepared for a down and dirty fight. And given their #2 tournament seeding, I’m not the only one with doubts.
Tonight we find out for sure.
